金星熱處理

• 金星熱處理創立於1979年，由最初的純手工藝的人力操作，依照客戶的委託，為料件施與最適當的熱處理技術。1983年因原廠房租約到期，遷至中正北路現址，並為改善品質同時添購連續爐設備；1996年更增設了日本震動式連續爐以增加每日產能。藉由設備持續的改善，增進客戶與新金星在業界的品質競爭力。
• 近期有感於傳統熱處理淬火方式的缺點，在對自我品質的要求及兼顧全球環保潮流的趨勢，全面汰換原連續爐設備，將設備更換為沃斯式回火連續爐，以期熱處理工藝能在台灣深耕並永續經營，為『台灣製造』的高品質形象努力。

About us

• The Gold-Star Heat Treatment Industry Co.Ltd was established in 1979. By using the initial manpower handcraft operation, to grant the most suitable heat treatment technology to different kinds of materials according to customers' requests.
• In 1983, Gold-Star moved to the current location and set up continuous mesh belt furnace lines to improve production capability.
• In 1996, King-Shing furthermore built the Japanese vibration type continuous furnace to increase daily productivity.
• By continuous expansion of equipments and facilities, Gold-Star keeps enhancing customers' and its own compatibility in the heat treatment field.
• Recently, in order to improve the weakness of traditional conventional oil quench, and to consider the global environmental protection trend, Gold-Star replaces continuous mesh belt furnace lines with austempering to provide better products with greater ductility, higher impact resistance, and less distortion. Gold-Star would like to deeply root the heat treatment industry permanently in Taiwan and keep the high quality image of "Made in Taiwan" products.
